Two 2013 Hyundai Models get Top Honors in Driver Satisfaction

If you're looking for a tip on a great new vehicle, it usually works best to ask other drivers what they think of their cars. Well, that's exactly what AutoPacific did to determine the winners of their 2013 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards.

The research firm got information directly from over 50,000 vehicle owners and asked them to rate their satisfaction based on determinants that ranged from driving comfort and convenience to the all-important fuel efficiency figures. When all was said and done, Hyundai owners seemed to lean toward the sportier selections with both the 2013 Veloster and the new Genesis taking home honors at the annual awards.

Scott Margason, director of Product Planning at Hyundai, elaborated "The AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards are an important indicator that Hyundai is continuing to hit the mark when it comes to pleasing consumers. We are pleased that both Genesis and Veloster owners rank their purchase decisions so highly - an excellent reflection on both of these class-leading vehicles."1

In the new Veloster, drivers can choose from a variety of options within three distinct trims. The base is handily equipped with either a 6-speed manual transmission or an optional 6-speed EcoShift dual clutch transmission. The next level RE: MIX will get you additional features like keyless entry and pushbutton start. The top-level Turbo gives drivers standard leather seating, a leather wrapped steering wheel and sport-tuned steering.

The 2013 Genesis dials the trim options down to two. However, the stylish coupe does give drivers the ability to choose between a 2.0-liter twin turbocharged 4-cylinder engine or a 3.8-liter V6. That way you get exactly what you want out of your vehicle.
